Hi,
I'm sorry I have not had time today to send you a complete response. I will try to post some more details in the near future. The information on the glove box might be very helpful for you. This is a very complex project, and one that you might continue over the next year. When is your project due? Have you isolated any E. coli yet at all? I would like to give you some ideas for a project that you could do for this year, and perhaps make a plan for the future.

Hi Deo,
I would really like to help you with this project, but I'm not certain that you have the materials you need. Have you tried isolating any E. coli yet? You would need the E. coli or another hydrogen producing organism to use for this experiment. Please let me know if have agar and Petri dishes available. Please review the following links from the science buddies website to learn about general microbiology techniques.

Then, let us know if you have the materials you need to do this type of work. This project is a very complex project, and you will need to pick just one experiment to do for this year’s project. If you can let us know what you have available, we can probably give you suggestions for a specific experiment for your science fair project.

i am very glad, that people like you are at my back ready to be at my aid.,
just so you know... i am doing a research paper, and i might add that i am not good in making one..
anyways, i have already my source for e.coli available for me for my preliminaries... but in the research proper, not yet.
uhm, attached is my methodology, i ask for some help and corrections on what may be wrong.
i now have a lead on the glovebox, and i am now hoping that they may accept me working in their lab..
thank you
i am hoping for your reply
