Hope you are having a good winter vacation.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\you have doen a good job with putting together your abstract.i just have a couple of suggestions:
\first with the title. i would suggest you say up front that you are using a bioinformatics approach. \maybe bioinformatic comparison of zebrafish regenration and human heart failure genes to identify putative motifs. be careful about using the term analyze as although we are analyzing the genes we are not doing further analysis of the motifs really.
another thing to be careful is describing genomics as "causing" heart failure. gene variation can promote or be associated with heart failure but cause is a very strong term to use and i would try and avoid it.
best of luck with the applications. i should be more able to give feedback in the next few weeks. sorry for all the typos etc i'm on a borrowed laptop.
