hi! i am interested but not yet set on this project:

1. What are the independent & dependent variables?
2. What category would it qualify under?
3. What would make up the quantitative and qualitative data?
4. What would be the title of my sfp board??
5. What’s the point of doing this project, and how do i make it 1st place worthy?
6. What other projects in the 8-10th grade age group focusing on forensic science,ANYTHING THAT COULD BE ABOUT THE SPORT ROWING(crew) and botany do you suggest? THANKS A MILLION!

1. Just to make sure you do know the different parts of the scientific process and what a science project consists of, I'm directing you to this link:

4. You could choose the title listed here on SB, which is "Forensic Science: Building Your Own Tool for Identifying DNA." However, I'm sure you can personalize it and get creative! Play around with it and see what you can do!
5. Usually you can find the purpose for a project in the Abstract, Objective, and Introduction. Also, if you want your project to really shine at a science fair, be passionate about it! Don't pick something just because you think it'll win. Science is about discovery, and if you're enjoying what you're doing, you'll be a winner from the start!
6. If you'd like to see other projects that suit your interests, go to the main page and type into the search bar your keyword.
