Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I really want to do a Project based on Migraines and ELISA .
I am just not sure what I should do. I have read some things online regarding the reaction that comes from food, but i want to go outside the box and do something that i can use the ELISA testing for Migraines.

Please I would really appreciate the help and any ideas, no matter how crazy they sound.

What a great project topic!
I do like your suggestion on food. Maybe some other ones to consider are if honors/ap class students get more migraines, how sleep affects migraines, how exercise affects them, or at what time of the day migraines are the most common.
