Dear xtreme12,
pH is a measure of the acidic & alkaline content of a liquid. The range of the pH measurement is from 0 to 14, with 0 being purely acid and 14 being purely alkaline. If a liquid measures a pH of 7 it is neutral, that is neither acidic or alkaline. An example of measuring pH would be measuring the pH of water using a simple swimming test kit. I hope this explanation helps you to come up with an interesting science project.
