I'm confused on how to get the freezing point depression. Would that just be the freezing point of plain water which is 0°C - whatever temperature one of my mixtures froze at so for example 0°C-(-4°C)=the freezing point depression, would that be how I do it?

Hello,
That seems just right. Freezing point depression is represented in equations by ΔT, meaning difference in temperature, so you just subtract the depressed freezing point from the original.
Have fun with your project!
