I am doing this project as my Science Fair project and I have setup the project, and took a picture of the laser will the its rays refracting from the cd and dvd. I need help putting my numbers into the equation, and solving it so i can get my data. If you want, I can show you the pictures. I need help as soon as possible please.

Basilio97,

Where are you exactly in the procedure:

What steps have you completed? Have you filled out the table?

During my days in engineering school, I remember plotting results to graph paper to get a visual sense of the data. Nowadays you can use Excel to get a better visual of the data. Think of this as a first step to developing a formal mathematical model (or equation system) as described by the other expert.

Good luck. :D
