Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I have recently been doing a experiment on Skittles! I have seen what liquid dissolves a skittle the fastest (hot water!) .... BUT theres one BIG problem... Who would need this info??? AND why??? Please HELP!!! Due: March 13th

Sounds like an interesting project!

There are some people who might want that information. A lot of kids, for one, might be curious!

But as for the big picture, some candy companies might need to know that. For example, how should they store the candy? If it dissolves well in hot water, the packaging would need to be waterproof, right? And they would want to warn customers not to leave the candy in a warm place either. Who knows- they might even try making a drink out of dissolved Skittles, and would want to dissolve them in the best liquid.

I started reaching a little on the last one there, but I think you can probably see my point- people who are involved with Skittles, either marketing, producing, or eating them, might need your Science Fair project's info. I'm sure if you think about it, you can come up with a few more things!
