In the "How are Antibodies used for Blood Typing" experiment, my group and I have been debating on what a control would be, if there even is one. In addition, we were wondering how much background information would be necessary to add in the conclusion. Thank you for your time!

Hi,
If you followed the procedure just like it is outlined here:

then there are only 3 experimental samples and no controls. If you had a "sample" that was known positive for the A reaction, that would be your "A positive control". Etc.. It doesn't look like you had that, right?
The conclusion needs no background info. Give it all in the background. You should summarize the overall project, like it says here:
