Try a basic google search; I typed in "vitamin D and cancer" and got a lot of results

The most recent reseach claiming vitamin D can decrease cancer risk will be published in February 2006 in the American Journal of Public Health.

However, previous research has shown that "vitamin D helps inhibit the growth of cancer cells" (http://www.bccancer.bc.ca/PPI/Unconvent ... itriol.htm)

This study explains how vitamin D is involved in colon cancer:

Hi there,

You might also want to try searching the PubMed database http://www.pubmed.gov for article on this subject. Here are a some of links to a couple of review articles on this subject. Just type "vitamin D cancer" in the search field.
