Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I am interested in doing a project that is about a person identifing what the color reads and not what the word's color is. For example If the word is Green and thet have to say green and not red. I want to do that. But I need help finding a outline for it and if there is none then I need help going through with it. Please help me!!! I want it on a high school level because im entering the 9th grade and I want to look advance . Thank You.
