Silicon tiles from silicon power (Possible competition)

From looking at the RCS website, I saw an experiment which allows you to create your own silicon power. From this I got wondering, is it possible to compress this power into a tile, disk or other rigid object that could support having electrical wiring attached, and if so, how much pressure would it require to compact the silicon power into a rigid and permanent object?
It would be like creating your own computer chip from silicon power. In the industry they use clumps of silicon and melt them into ingots to insure purity, but I would like to know if this can also be done from powered silicon.

Welcome bluetack45. I'd like to help, but I find your question hard to understand. What started your thinking was, you say, an experiment from a website. Could you please provide me with the address for that web page? (Just copy the URL from the address bar of your browser when you are at the page, then paste this address into your post.) Thanks.
