I have a question (or a few) about pathology as a career.

What do yo do on a daily basis?
Does every pathologist have to perform autopsies?
Where do they normally work?
and
What are the different types of pathologists? (I've heard things like neuropathology, pediatric pathologists, etc.)

Not at all, but autopsy is just one of many ways to investigate any pathology, so you should be prepared...
