So I'm doing my science project on the "Getting a bang out of Breath spray: studying the chemistry and physics of a small explosion", and I was wondering if there was an alternative to attaching the pressure gauge to the board without using the Epoxy cement? If there isn't an alternative, then is there a way i can remove the pressure gauge without damaging it? Thank you for your time! :)

The epoxy is there to do two things. It creates a seal, and secures the pressure gauge. If you are using a gauge like seen in the images, I don't think there is an alternate method that is going to be practical. However if you happen to have a tire pressure gauge that threads onto a valve there may be a work around. You may be able to attach a schrader valve to the board instead, and simply thread your pressure gauge on and off. But that may cost more than a cheap tire pressure gauge.
