If its true that the human minds read words as a whole not letter by letter , so what is the difference between dyslexic people to non-dyslexic ones?

I also encourage you to do some research yourself, to see what others have to say about it.
If you would like to learn more about dyslexia and what causes it, you can find a lot of information on the internet. Make sure you focus on reliable sources (like medical websites). Here is a good one to get you started:
