Bioengineering a Kidney

Hi! So I'm performing this experiment entitled " Creating a Kidney: How Stem Cells Might be Used To Bioengineer a Kidney" and I am having trouble understanding how to prove my results. The objective of this project is to see what protein environment is best for creating a kidney in outside of the body. I am 90% done with my research now and this project is due October 15. Is there anyway you can explain to me how to prove my results incorrect or correct?
Thanks!

Hi scienceresearchgal,
That sounds like a great project - there is alot of research going on right now with stem cells and tissue/organ regeneration.
I am not sure what data you have acquired that you would like to understand if it is right or not. Did you test different protein matrices in a cell culture setting? Anyway, if you have some data you can check some recent publications to see if anyone else identified the best proteins for growing a kidney on. You may not find only kidney information, but if you find other organ information you may still be able to draw conclusions from that.
I hope that gets you started. Here are some inks to the publications I am talking about. I am sure you can find more searching the internet.
