my purpose

The purpose of this project is to learn which apple browns more quickly than others.also about the sweetness and bitterness if that makes the apple brown more quickly, and if saltwater works to prevent apples from turing brown. Do you think this is a good purpose. If you don't please give some advise for me thank you. :D

This seems like a reasonable project. You might get better answers in the Life Sciences forum, but on place to start your search for information is to look up why acids prevent apples (and other fruits) from browning.
