Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

My daughter is in the 3rd Grade and wants to enter the Science Fair. She would like to do her project on the Solar System or The Planets. I have not been able to find any guidelines on a project like this, since it doesn't actually have an experiment. Can you give me some guidelines or tell me where to go to get some? I have searched numbers of websites and have not found anything.
