Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I was wondering if for a school science project, this topic would be good, "Which drink evaporates faster?"

You'll definitely want to be more specific here. What kind of drink will you be testing, juice, gatorade, tea, water, coffee, or a combination of several types of drinks? Most drinks are simply mixtures, and if I understand you correctly, you want to look at the rates of evaporation (under sunlight or some sort of light) for different types mixtures, correct? So you'll need to make your question more specific e.g. "Which flavored Gatorade Splash evaporates completely under mid-afternoon sunlight (at 3:00 PM on a clear and sunny June afternoon in northern California) the fastest, strawberry, apple, or blueberry?"
