Dear seniors,

I am in middle of a project that requires a chemical which can melt or cut paper or very low quality plastic file instantly as it came in contant with it, chemical can be in any form gas or liquid, so please suggest me what to use.

Can you please tell us what the purpose of cutting the paper or thin plastic is? What will be done with the cut pieces of paper or plastic? What size are the pieces of plastic or paper? Without knowing more details, it's difficult for us to help you.

Not to be cheeky, but is there a reason why scissors won't work? I think scissors will be easier--much, much easier-- to use than a chemical.
