Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Another project idea I have is testing the effects of hemp on balancing neurotransmitters dopamine and glutamate, a cause of Schizophrenia. I have done a lot of research, but I am unsure how to test this question. Does anyone know what procedures I should take to test this? Thank you so much for your help.
