Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hello everybody, I’m 17 years old. I get headaches way too much, dizzy almost every day, am known to pass out on occasion, very blurred vision lately, many sores that aren’t healing, but I don’t get thirsty or loose weight. I haven’t had blood drawn in around 5 years. I am very scared of diabetes. Do you think I have it? If so, please advice me what should I do?
