How much force (in kg) do you need to pull water up a meter through a pipe 1.3 cm in diameter? A formula required to successfully get through a dead end in an installation project. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

shazad9 - Calculate the weight of the column of water, 1.3 cm in diameter, whose length is 1 meter (I think that's what you meant by 'pull water up a meter'). That should give you the force required. I'm not sure what you mean by 'through a dead end in an installation project'.
