Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi!
Registration for the Fair is right around the corner, and I need help deciding which category to enter my project.

For this science fair, projects are judged by grade level for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards. Categories are only used for special awards, but I still want to make sure that I'm entered in the right category so that I'm available to be judged for all the special awards that I'm eligible for.

My project question is, "Which lip balm burns the best?" My mom and I think that the project belongs in either the "Energy and Transportation" category (fire = energy) or the "Chemistry" category.

Also, can y'all give me a few ideas for a project title? I don't have any ideas.

Hello:

If you know which category has the fewest entries, I would choose that one
Otherwise, I would go with the Energy one (it's often full of silly projects.)
As regards the title, maybe something along the line of burning lips or hot lips? I don't know about your judges, but in the fairs I judge at I don't pay too much attention to the title. It can be helpful when recommending projects to other judges, but in the end we use the project number and something that stands out about the project (judges will probably call your project "the lip balm one")
