hello,

i have a project where we have to design a "shoe box" house and use various (inexpensive) materials to insulate it so that the inside is cool.

I was wondering if any of you have any ideas?

thanks a lot,

There are various insulating materials that you can use. Thermal insulation has its own industry as well as tons of real world applications. Think about the materials that are in your walls to keep your house or apartment warm during the winter and cool during the summer, keeping your room temperature different from the outside temperature.

I found some websites that may be of interest, and I am sure there are many more if you do a quick search using Google:
