I want to make my own glow stick but I would like to know how much of each chemical I need?

The experiment below doesn't make a glow stick per-se, but it does involve chemiluminescent reactions (the same kind of reactions that power glow sticks). You can use the chemical reactions (the specific chemicals and required amounts) from this project and then engineer a way to make them into a glow stick. Or, if you are more interested in the reaction that makes light, you can do the experiment as written. Even though the experiment is called "Crime Scene Chemistry", it is really more about chemiluminescent reactions in general than it is about CSI stuff.
