Hello there! The situation is that I am creating an experiment; just starting it; where I am trying to look for the effect that the amount of electrolytes on drinks have on how much energy a person has. However, I am not sure how exactly to test this.I was planning to ask students to do certain exercises that required physical movement, however, I am not sure of whre to start. I need some feedback and ideas please on how to test this experiment. Thanks for everything!

Interesting idea. First you should read about research involving human subjects: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ects.shtml

And studies of human behavior: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... rvey.shtml

When you've read these, let us know if you have come up with any ideas for how to proceed and we will help you along.

Cheers,
Colin
