Thank you for your question. The question and hypothesis is the foundation of scientific research and unfortunately is something that you should try to define. Once you have a specific experiment we can provide advice to help develop that. Also, I've moved your post to the forum topic most likely to be able to help with a project like this.

I will suggest starting with a thought or an observation. These will lead to a question and the question will lead to a hypothesis. You can also have several questions and so several hypotheses. As an example and also as a starting point, think about a celery stick in colored water and a glass capillary.
