My science teacher rejected the topics for our investigatory project She wants unproven ideas ~ I need help

Faersha, your science teacher sounds tough. What sort of alternative energy charger did you invent? Lots of things charge with 5 volts these days so I wouldn't belittle your project so easily. Secondly, you posted this in the K-5 section and in 10th grade you probably wanted to ask your question in the 9-12 category. You might get different experts seeing it if you reposted in the right place.

Your teacher wants you to do a project that hasn't been done before? Ambitious! Before any of us can help you, we'd need to know what sorts of things interest you. You mentioned alternative energy in your profile. Was that mechanical? chemical? biological? When you see an article about science that catches your eye, what is it likely to be about? You'll do much better with your project if it's something you're passionate about.

Let us know what you like to think about and maybe we can nudge you towards something your teacher will approve of.
