Hi Kanmit,
If you want to be able to test the ability of different herbs to lower glucose levels, you could use a test meter that diabetes patients use which reports blood glucose using a tiny quantity of blood. However, I would caution to be very careful with this, and please have guidance should you choose to do this. Someone must show you how to safely and effectively test glucose levels.
In addition, what is your hypothesis? What types of herbs would you like to test and why? Let us know and we will be happy to help you.

PharmaMan's response is spot on, and I'll add that you can't just mess with medicating diagnosed diabetics. In addition to getting supervised help to monitor the tests, you also need proper medical help designing the tests. With an MD experienced in diabetes treatment on your team you can ensure the safety of your test participants.
