If father has black eyes and mother has blue eyes, how many percentage of their baby get both black and blue eyes? ( Left black, right blue)

You're asking about heterochromia and it's rather rare in humans. If you're looking for an actual percentage or the statistical chance of that happening, you will need to do some research.
