Plz i need help to prepare a survey on desalination and sterilization of creek or local polluted water... I would be thankful if u can suggest some questions for the survey in berhampur region.. I need 10 to 12 questions.. I would appreciate quick suggestion as it is a bit emergency

The answer to your question depends on what audience you are trying to reach. Are you trying to ask more general questions or more scientific ones? For example, one question you could ask is: What hazards in the area do you see that might contribute to the pollution of water in this region?
