Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hello!

This is my first question here. Me and a friend are having a debate on how close one needs to be to a nuclear explosion ground zero to not feel any pain.

So my question is basic, how close do you think one needs to be to an explosion to not feel anything. Taking into account nerve speed, etc.
