Reconstituting powdered milk to desired fat content ?

Trying an experiment with varying amounts of fat in milk. If I reconstitute 100g of powdered milk containing 20g of fat in 100 ml of water will it give me milk that has 20% fat content? Likewise will this hold good

75g powder in 100 ml water = 15% fat content
50g powder in 100 ml water = 10% fat content
25g powder in 100 ml water = 5% fat content

Hi,

You are correct in your calculations. I would like to emphasize one thing, however, and that is the FINAL volume has to be 100 mL. That means, for example, that when you are adding 100 g of powdered milk to water, you need to start with less than 100 mL of water. I don't know how much less. You'll have to experiment with volumes so that you have enough water to dissolve the milk but not so much that you exceed 100 mL after adding the powder.
