Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

For our junior chemistry class, we must find an experiment that is at junior level for us to present to the class. i have no idea what kind of experiment to do and i need to know by thursday what project im doing. is there any experiments that anyone knows of that would prefable blow up and be of junior level?
