Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

On the display for science fair, is the engineering design supposed to be like the procedure of the experiment or is it supposed to be all the information on what you went through in the engineering design process, like defining the problem, doing background research, specific requirements, etc?

It depends on the details of your project, as well as the requirements of your teacher, but if you did a project that follows the engineering design process, then would want to include a section for each step of the engineering design process. (This is similar to how someone usually includes a section for each step of the scientific method if they are following the scientific method.)
