Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi, so I was completing one of the projects here on chromatic adaption (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p008.shtml), and after completing the experiment, realized I did not have any type of a control. According to the guidelines of my school, I'm required to have one of some sort, and after combing the internet and my own brain, I couldn't find much. Could anyone help me? Please and thank you!

Hi, since you're testing the length of time needed for adaptation, you're control would be "no adaptation". Therefore you're control will be skipping the adaptation step. I hope this helps!
