Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

My science project is what metal is the most resistant to corrosion. I need to put the metals in salt water. How much salt do I need to put in the water?

I'd go a teaspoonful at a time and try stirring in more and more salt until it stops dissolving. As long as all of the metals you're testing are in the same jar of salt water, the exact amount shouldn't matter too much. Good luck!
