Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

My daughter did the color changing flowers experiment. What we did was place 10 flowers each in their own glass with water containing drops of food coloring. Then two more flowers and made them split stem, each half of the stem is placed in red and blue. We used carnations and mums. And we placed 5 flowers in the fridge and 5 out by the Window with sunlight. I'm hitting a block as to how to describe everything through a chart or graph.. Could anyone give me an idea? There is a measurement of water, and a specific number of drops to each, along with each stem being measured for the same length as well...
Any idea as to what I should put in the charts or have it organized?.

This project demonstrates capillary action in plants and, as written, is more of a demonstration project does not yield data that can be graphed. However, if you measured the time that it takes for each color of flower to develop, then you can graph time required for the flower to develop a color vs temperature. The temperature would be on the x axis (two points) and time would be on the y axis.
