i am wondering what are 15 facts that i can use for vinegar and baking soda bottle rockets i have looked and looked for about three weeks and i am stuck can some one please help me thank you very much.

The action that makes these rockets fly is Newton's third law of motion. What is that? What force is generated by the vinegar and baking soda, and how would that make the rocket launch?

You might make a list of facts about how rockets fly in general, a few facts on how vinegar reacts with baking soda, and a few on how that reaction might make a rocket fly. Between those three categories your should be able to make a pretty nice list.
