Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi

My daughter is planning to do this experiment: How Do You Take Your Tea? Make a Simple Electronic Device to Measure the Strength of Tea. But she would like to use decaf or herbal tea since that is what she drinks. Will the project work for these? Any other suggestions?

Yes, this project should work with any type of tea. If you are measuring results with different brewing times, you should use just one type of tea, as this is one of the controlled parameters.
