Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

ok, joe is working on a science project with what he wants to test the hypothesis that plants grow taller if a certain fertilizer is added to the soil. joe uses two groups of plants cacti and geraniums. the cacti since they are desert plants, are given little water and are grown in a hot enviroment. the geraniums are given more water and are grown in a cooler enviroment. the fertilizer is added only to the soil in which the geraniums are growing.
