Modeling the Chances of Getting an Autoimmune Disease

I'm having difficulty constructing a hypothesis for Modeling the Chances of Getting an Autoimmune Disease, I'm not sure how i would go about that.
This project creates a model of the human immune system. A model is not an experimental system because you are not testing a hypothesis on a mouse or human or other organism. A model can make predictions but it cannot TEST a hypothesis. You can model a hypothesis and that is what this project does.
The procedure describes the model as having four conditions--normal and three conditions that MAY make a person more susceptible to an autoimmune disease. Using this model you ask the question: Does having one or more risk factors increase a person's chances of getting an autoimmune disease? So, the model hypothesis could be stated as:
Having one or more genetic risk factors makes a person more susceptible to autoimmune disease.
The results you obtain with the M&Ms and the die will 'test' your hypothesis.
