I need help with my science project which happens to be about Warped Words and the Stroop Effect. I've already collected all my data, but I'm having trouble with creating bar graphs with the data. How would I create bar graphs with this type of data? Please answer as soon as possible, thank you.

I'd recommend putting time on the y-axis and the type of words being read on the x-axis. From what I can tell, you have four categories of words that the participants read- 1) words match colors, 2) words do not match colors, 3) warped words match colors, 4) warped words do not match colors.

The instructions say to calculate the average time difference between reading categories 1 and 2 and the difference between 3 and 4. You could do this, and then display a graph with two bars - "regular words" and "warped words" on the x-axis, with "time difference" on the y-axis. Alternatively, I would suggest having "average reading time" as the y-axis and showing your data for each of these four group separately on the x-axis. There could be a difference between the rate of reading normal vs. warped words, which could be interesting to see and would be lost if you only looked at the differences.

Had to write this quickly so let me know if anything is confusing and I'll try to be more clear!
