What biomolecule out of 4 essential ones (nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids are proteins) is most essential for human survival
The word 'essential' is like the word unique--there are no degrees. If something is essential then it is necessary--otherwise it is not necessary and therefore not essential. You can't say something is 'more' essential than something else.
You could argue that the nucleic acid, DNA, is more IMPORTANT (the word you used in the title to your query) than the other three types of molecule because DNA contains the information to make all the proteins in a cell. There are some scientists who believe that life began by using RNA as the information molecule. DNA could have evolved later.
