Hello!
Can anyone tell me....is there any possibility to break hydrogen-oxygen bonding of H2O Molecule using UV Rays.

Yes, UV radiation can break apart (photodissociate) water molecules. This happens in some parts of Earth's atmosphere. This site explains how, in simple terms, this works:
