Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I am looking for someone to create a small motorized product. Basically it needs to be a plastic housing/shell that would be approximately 8 inches long, wide and high. The plastic shell will house a small motor with a drive arm that would basically push an arm up and down out of the top of the shell approximately 2 inches. I"m not sure that I'm using the correct terminology here. I believe this is a fairly simple project for anyone familiar with small motors that are used to create motion, but unfortunately it is not simple for me.

I am willing to pay someone to help me create this product. I do need it to be created somewhat quickly though, so can't wait many months for the completed project. If you are interested, please let me know ASAP!
