Measuring Percentage of Water with this Picture

I'm working on a survival sci-fi story involving people fighting to survive in an alien world. I used procedural generation to create a planet with it's own terrain, water, atmosphere, etc. However, I want to calculate the pH of the water on this planet. I already found, due to the amount of CO2 and SO2 in the atmosphere, the water would have a pH between 5.089 - 5.06 dependent on the planets temperature (80-86 degrees Celsius). But, that's only with 1 liter of water as reference. I want to test for planet wide, and to do that, I need the percentage of water on this planet. I already know the surface area of the planet and the average depth of the planets oceans, but I need the percentage to calculate surface are of the water. There should be a link to the planets map as a reference. Thanks.
