Atmosphere

Hello Science Buddies!
Due the fact that the composition of the atmosphere is approximately 78% nitrogen, 20 % oxygen and 2% other gases I would like to know what would happen with life and living organisms if we managed (somehow artificially or naturally) to reverse this ratio to 78% oxygen, 20 % nitrogen and 2% other gases? Thanks
