What countries don't use wind energy

I'm trying to find what country/ies don't use wind energy for my science assignment. But I can't so please I hope you can help me !

National Geographic magazine (which is reputable; you could cite them as a source in a paper) has some resources about wind power, including some information about which countries do and do not utilize wind power. Here are a few relevant articles:
